कर्तृत्व पैशात मोजायचे की कामाच्या उपयुक्ततेत? पैसा≠कर्तृत्व; उपयुक्तता=कर्तृत्व आजच्या समाजात एक अतिशय धोकादायक आणि भ्रामक समज दृढ झाला आहे — ज्याच्याकडे जास्त पैसा, तोच जास्त कर्तृत्ववान. पण खरोखरच हे सत्य आहे का? की ही केवळ व्यवस्थेने आपल्या मनावर बिंबवलेली एक सोयीस्कर कल्पना आहे? पैसा मिळतो म्हणून क्षेत्र उपयुक्त ठरते का? व्यापार, उद्योग, करमणूक, क्रीडा या क्षेत्रांमध्ये काही व्यक्तींनी प्रचंड संपत्ती मिळवली. त्यामुळे त्या व्यक्तींना अत्यंत कर्तृत्ववान ठरवले गेले. उदाहरणार्थ मुकेश अंबानी किंवा गौतम अदानी . पण एक मूलभूत प्रश्न विचारायलाच हवा — हेच लोक जर शेती किंवा ग्रामीण उत्पादन क्षेत्रात कार्यरत असते, तर ते इतकी संपत्ती कमवू शकले असते का? उत्तर स्पष्ट आहे — नाही. कारण इथे कर्तृत्वापेक्षा क्षेत्र आणि व्यवस्था निर्णायक ठरते. श्रीमंती कर्तृत्वातून येते की व्यवस्थेतून? पैसा मिळण्यामागे तीन गोष्टी निर्णायक असतात: 1.क्षेत्र (Sector) 2.व्यवस्था (Policy / Market / State Support) 3.हमी व संरक्षण...
