⚖️ Misguidance of the Judicial System — Who is Responsible? Author: Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder: Shramik Kranti – Voice of the Poor 📌 Introduction In a democratic country like India, the judicial system is considered the final hope of the people. The belief that “justice will be served” gives strength to the common man to live. However, in today’s situation, this trust often appears to be shaken. The question arises — why is the judicial system being misled? ⚖️ The Web of False Evidence In many cases, it is observed that both plaintiffs and defendants present fake documents, forged certificates, and misleading reports. Behind this, there is often involvement of corrupt administrative officials who prepare false documents in exchange for bribes. ➡️ Courts deliver judgments based on the evidence presented. ➡️ But when the evidence itself is false, justice also becomes flawed.  Give Every Work Its Fair Pay, and Collect Taxes from Everyone

Important Note: This article is not intended for honest patriots. Please do not take it personally if you are one.

This country does not run solely on the taxes paid by citizens, but also on the blood and sweat extracted from farmers and daily wage laborers. We cannot ignore this burning truth.

"Less work, more pay" – this too is a form of parasitic freeloading.

Paying taxes is not an act of generosity.
The real benefactors are the farmers and the working class.
They grow the food, they build the infrastructure, they produce the goods — our economy and society stand on their labor. Yet they are not given fair compensation for their hard work and sweat.

Farmers toil day and night, but they do not receive the fair market price for their produce.
Contract workers are forced to work 16-hour shifts like cattle, yet receive minimal wages.
They are not provided any social security or basic amenities.
It is on the backs of these laborers that contractors, middlemen, and industrialists grow wealthy.

Therefore, taxpayers must reflect —
"Am I truly serving the nation through my work?" and "Am I being fairly paid for my service?"

If the answer is no, then you too are a victim of this exploitative system — and such exploitation must end.
