⚖️ Misguidance of the Judicial System — Who is Responsible? Author: Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder: Shramik Kranti – Voice of the Poor 📌 Introduction In a democratic country like India, the judicial system is considered the final hope of the people. The belief that “justice will be served” gives strength to the common man to live. However, in today’s situation, this trust often appears to be shaken. The question arises — why is the judicial system being misled? ⚖️ The Web of False Evidence In many cases, it is observed that both plaintiffs and defendants present fake documents, forged certificates, and misleading reports. Behind this, there is often involvement of corrupt administrative officials who prepare false documents in exchange for bribes. ➡️ Courts deliver judgments based on the evidence presented. ➡️ But when the evidence itself is false, justice also becomes flawed. Life Goal of an Indian: Only to Accumulate Wealth?

Life Goal of an Indian: Only to Accumulate Wealth?

A strange but undeniable trend is rising in Indian society — the belief that the primary purpose of life is to accumulate as much wealth as possible for oneself. This mindset has eroded values like service, compassion, cooperation, and selflessness from daily life.

Today, most work is done not with a spirit of service, but with an attitude of exploitation. Be it a businessperson, employee, shopkeeper, or builder — the majority treat the public’s needs as mere opportunities for profit, not as responsibilities to serve.

What is the Education System Teaching Us?

Our schools and colleges are expected to instill values of social responsibility, integrity, and service in students. But now, education means only getting a job, and a job means only earning money. The ultimate aim has become wealth accumulation.

As a result, ideals like social service, patriotism, simplicity, and honesty are now pushed aside. This self-centered thinking has taken root deeply among students, teachers, and parents alike.

Consequences of This Mindset

  • Social inequality increases – the rich get richer, and the poor remain poor.
  • There is a lack of quality and sincerity in any work.
  • Corruption thrives.
  • Fields like healthcare, education, and governance lose their integrity.

What is the Solution?

Our society must rekindle the spirit of "Not just for oneself, but for the community". For this, we need to:

  • Encourage a service-oriented attitude in all professions.
  • Parents should plant the seeds of ethical thinking in their children.
  • Teachers should teach not just academics but also social values.
  • Religious and social leaders must engage in deep self-reflection.

There is nothing wrong in earning wealth — but it matters how that wealth is earned, and how it serves society. This discernment is crucial.
