Indian Law: Support or Obstruction? — The Struggle of Farmers in Nashik By Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder – Shramik Kranti Mission “Voice of the Poor” In today’s time, a fundamental question arises — is the law meant to serve the people, or is it being used to obstruct their rightful work? The ongoing struggle of farmers in Pangri Budruk (Taluka Sinnar, District Nashik) has brought this issue into sharp focus. Casteless Society and Cashless Economy – Need of the Hour

In today’s world, the biggest factors dividing society are caste and economic inequality. As long as caste and money continue to create barriers, a truly equal society cannot be built. Therefore, moving towards a casteless society and a cashless economy is the real need of the hour.

Poverty and the Need for Reservation

The real need for reservation lies with the poor and deprived. However, caste-based reservation has often divided society further. If reservation is given solely on the basis of economic condition, then every needy person will get justice.

Caste-based Conflicts

Reservation and caste identity have increased conflicts and discrimination in society. Hence, the column of religion and caste in school admissions, birth certificates, and official documents must be completely removed. This step will be a revolutionary move towards building a casteless society.

Cashless Economy

To eliminate corruption and black money, cashless transactions must be promoted. Online payments, digital transactions, and cheque systems should become the mainstream method of exchange. This will ensure transparency and equality in the economy.

Basic Rights for All

For a just and equal society, justice, education, and healthcare must be provided to every citizen completely free of cost. Only then can true democracy be achieved.
