⚖️ Misguidance of the Judicial System — Who is Responsible? Author: Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder: Shramik Kranti – Voice of the Poor 📌 Introduction In a democratic country like India, the judicial system is considered the final hope of the people. The belief that “justice will be served” gives strength to the common man to live. However, in today’s situation, this trust often appears to be shaken. The question arises — why is the judicial system being misled? ⚖️ The Web of False Evidence In many cases, it is observed that both plaintiffs and defendants present fake documents, forged certificates, and misleading reports. Behind this, there is often involvement of corrupt administrative officials who prepare false documents in exchange for bribes. ➡️ Courts deliver judgments based on the evidence presented. ➡️ But when the evidence itself is false, justice also becomes flawed. Search for Wisdom or Degree Market? – The Need for a New Educational Revolution

Every human being is born with a specific innate inclination (Natural Inclination). Intellectual brilliance is not merely attainable through effort—it is innate. If anyone could become anything just through effort, then every street child would be an 'Albert Einstein' today. But reality is different.

"Today's education system, instead of recognizing a person's natural wisdom, tries to force it into a fixed mold."

1. The Tragedy of Current Education System

Schools and colleges are merely creating 'information storage units.' Instead of developing creativity, they're unnecessarily stressing the brain. Modern education creates money-earning robots rather than service-oriented experts. The motivation behind earning degrees is not service, but money.

2. Skill-Based and Direct Education: The Need of the Hour

We need an education system where learning is not just bookish but based on direct practical experience:

  • Direct Practicals: Engineering education in factories and medical training directly in hospitals.
  • Mother Tongue: Science education in our mother tongue will make concepts clearer.
  • Proficiency Certificates: Project completion ability instead of written exams as the criterion of excellence.
  • New Mantra: "Make mistakes and improve" – this is the fundamental principle of education.

3. Service-Facility Principle and Poverty Eradication

Money is the root cause of poverty. To give justice to workers' labor, implementing the 'Service-Facility Principle' is essential. Individuals should serve society, and society should provide them direct facilities.

When money is removed from education and livelihood, only then will people truly work for their own joy and intellectual development.

For this revolution, merely changing government policies won't suffice—social mindset must change. 'Workers' Revolution' marks the beginning of such a new era.
