🚩 Farmers Begin Indefinite Hunger Strike in Pangri Budruk

Farmers in Pangri Budruk have begun an indefinite hunger strike from 16 March 2026 in protest against the closure of their access road. With no alternative route available, the affected farmers are facing severe hardship and have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the delay in administrative action.

Considering the seriousness of the issue, representations have been submitted to all concerned departments, demanding an immediate hearing and justice.

Immediate site inspection by the Revenue Department and reopening of the access road.
Strict action against those who submitted false documents.
Inquiry into the delay in the justice process and fixing accountability.
Immediate provision of information sought under RTI.
Investigation into misconduct by Vavi Police Station and a written explanation.
Compensation for agricultural losses and mental distress.
