The ongoing struggle of farmers in Pangri Budruk (Taluka Sinnar, District Nashik) has brought this issue into sharp focus. Due to the blockage of the access (wahiwat) road affecting agricultural lands (Gut No. 158, 159, 160), farmers are unable to harvest wheat and transport sugarcane. Bhagat Singh’s Thoughts on Poverty Eradication

Bhagat Singh’s fight wasn’t just for political freedom — it was a fight for social justice, economic equality, and liberation of the poor. He once said:

“Poverty is not a curse of fate; it is a result of exploitation.”

He believed that changing governments alone would not help; the system itself must be transformed. To eliminate poverty, we must ensure:

  • 💼 Workers' rights, dignity, and fair wages
  • 📚 Universal, free and equal education
  • 🌾 Fair prices and protection for farmers
  • 🏥 Free and public healthcare services

As Bhagat Singh said: “Revolution does not mean violence, it means demand for equality.”
By following his ideas, we can move toward a truly poverty-free India.

✍️ अखेर अवतरली गंगा; शिवपिंडीवरील रक्ताभिषेक पावन झाला लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या भगीरथ प्रयत्नांना यश पुरचाऱ्यांच्या माध्यमातून सिन्नरच्या पूर्वेकडील दुष्काळी भागात अखेर गंगा अवतीर्ण झाली . झुळझुळ वाहणाऱ्या जलधारांनी भूमी पावन झाली. मातीचा कण नि कण आणि त्या मातीवरील मन नि मन रोमांचित झाले. कित्येक दशकांपासूनच्या जनसामान्यांच्या आणि लोकनियुक्त लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या भगीरथ प्रयत्नांना यश आले . वाहणाऱ्या प्रत्येक जलधारेत रक्ताभिषेकात ओघळलेल्या त्यागाच्या थेंबांची अनुभूती आली. २२ वर्षांपूर्वीचा तो संपूर्ण घटनाक्रम कालचक्राने उलट दिशा घेऊन जसाच्या तसा डोळ्यांसमोर अवतीर्ण केला. ते मंतरलेले दिवस आठवले आणि डोळे आनंदाश्रूंनी पाणावले . संघर्षाचा इतिहास आणि साक्षीदार पिढी खरे तर सिन्नरच्या पूर्व भागाचा दुष्काळ मिटवण्यासाठी १९७२ सालापासून अनेक दिग्गजांसह सर्वसामान्यांनी खूप परिश्रम घेतलेले आहेत. याच जल संघर्षातून झालेली सिन्नरची दंगल, त्या दंगलीत पेटवले गेलेले न्यायालय या सर्व घटनांना आज या जलधारा स्मृतिधारांच्या रूपात प्रवाहित करत आहेत. तशी आमची पिढी ही ८० च्या दशकातली. पण इसवी सन २००...
