⚖️ Misguidance of the Judicial System — Who is Responsible? Author: Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder: Shramik Kranti – Voice of the Poor 📌 Introduction In a democratic country like India, the judicial system is considered the final hope of the people. The belief that “justice will be served” gives strength to the common man to live. However, in today’s situation, this trust often appears to be shaken. The question arises — why is the judicial system being misled? ⚖️ The Web of False Evidence In many cases, it is observed that both plaintiffs and defendants present fake documents, forged certificates, and misleading reports. Behind this, there is often involvement of corrupt administrative officials who prepare false documents in exchange for bribes. ➡️ Courts deliver judgments based on the evidence presented. ➡️ But when the evidence itself is false, justice also becomes flawed. Often, even decision-making authorities either deliver incorrect judgments due to greed or delay decisions...

Poverty, Wealth, and Merit

Poverty, Wealth, and Merit

The Ideal Wealth Distribution System that does justice to true national service is the only solution to eradicate poverty.

It is clear that poverty and wealth in the country are not related to a person's merit but to a flawed wealth distribution system. In essence, money is not a naturally created object but a man-made one. Money is merely a medium of exchange to facilitate the trade of goods between people. One should never forget this fact. Money is a means to live life, not the ultimate purpose. Monetary transactions are the root of corruption, and it is because of corruption that poverty and wealth have emerged.

Today, in our country, we have the shameful situation where true patriots starve while traitors feast, and the cause is money. Measuring a person’s merit in terms of money is one of the lowest forms of injustice. In fact, money should be measured according to merit. However, this does not happen. Those whose work is true national service, whose efforts benefit the country, whose work contributes to national progress, and whose efforts demand both physical and intellectual skill — these are the truly meritorious. They deserve to earn the most, and for that, an Ideal Wealth Distribution System must be developed. This is our main demand.

Steps to Implement This System:

  1. All cash-based transactions should be completely banned. All financial transactions must be conducted only online or via cheque.
  2. The government should conduct an account study of every citizen’s bank account.
  3. There should be an analysis of the maximum and minimum monthly average income for each citizen.
  4. A limit should be set for the minimum and maximum monthly income that every citizen can receive.
  5. Any excess income above the set limit should be collected by the government and redistributed into the bank accounts of those whose income is below the minimum threshold.

Once implemented, poverty in the country will be eradicated, and every citizen will be prosperous. This is the only effective and absolute solution to remove poverty, because wealth does not necessarily mean merit, and poverty does not necessarily mean lack of merit — it is simply the outcome of a flawed wealth distribution system.
