The ongoing struggle of farmers in Pangri Budruk (Taluka Sinnar, District Nashik) has brought this issue into sharp focus. Due to the blockage of the access (wahiwat) road affecting agricultural lands (Gut No. 158, 159, 160), farmers are unable to harvest wheat and transport sugarcane.
