Indian Law: Support or Obstruction? — The Struggle of Farmers in Nashik By Arun Ramchandra Pangarkar Founder – Shramik Kranti Mission “Voice of the Poor” In today’s time, a fundamental question arises — is the law meant to serve the people, or is it being used to obstruct their rightful work? The ongoing struggle of farmers in Pangri Budruk (Taluka Sinnar, District Nashik) has brought this issue into sharp focus. Eliminating Poverty in India is Possible

The root cause of poverty in our country is not unemployment, lack of school education, lack of talent, or shortage of money. The real reason is the flawed and unjust wealth distribution system that fails to give workers their rightful wages. We must strike at this root cause.

The most important step is to completely stop all cash-based financial transactions. Once this happens, everyone’s income will come on record, leaving no room for concealment.

Today, nearly 40% of the country’s wealth is concentrated in the hands of just 1% of the population. Many people hold massive amounts of benami property and wealth accumulated through corruption. If all transactions are carried out strictly online or through cheques, the government will have full visibility of every citizen’s economic activities.

For this, a special tax system named “Workers’ Rights Fund” should be introduced. The money collected through this fund must be used to pay fair wages to poor workers and laborers who are the backbone of the nation.

Through this path, the root of poverty will be eradicated and true equality and social justice will be established in the country.
