⚖️ Justice in the Name of Law? – Where Has Justice for the Poor Disappeared?
Today, a strange and painful reality is emerging in our country. The law, which is meant to deliver justice, is often being used as a tool of injustice. A common person approaches the court with hope, but gets exhausted due to years of delay, high costs, and technical barriers.
The Constitution of India, the foundation of our nation, guarantees equal justice to every citizen. But in reality, a serious question arises—does everyone truly receive justice?
💰 Money vs Justice
Today, those who have money can afford the best lawyers, influence, and time. But those who don’t have money cannot even properly enter the doors of justice.
The poor, farmers, and workers are the ones who suffer the most injustice.
⚖️ Misuse of Law
Rule of Law states that everyone is equal before the law. But in practice, criminals often exploit loopholes and walk free.
Technical errors, lack of evidence, and delaying tactics result in denial of justice even when truth exists.
😔 Why Is Justice So Difficult?
- Judicial processes are extremely slow
- Legal aid for the poor is insufficient
- Corruption and pressure influence cases
- Lack of protection for witnesses and victims
🔥 Direction of Anger – Not Violence, But Change!
In such a situation, anger is natural. Many people begin to feel that corruption can only end through extreme measures. However, history shows that violence does not solve problems—it only makes them worse.
If we truly want change, we must fight within the framework of law.

- RTI and public movements – Bring truth to light
- PIL and legal action – Approach courts in public interest
- Media and social media – Build public opinion
- Free legal aid – Help the poor access justice
- Unity and organization – Mobilize workers, farmers, and citizens

Justice is not something to be bought—it is the fundamental right of every citizen.
If the system is weak, the power to change it lies with the people. But this change must be peaceful, lawful, and organized.
Today, we need aware citizens, honest leadership, and unity.
