Current Politics and My Stand

From Family Loyalty to Village Unity: The Need of the Hour

When I think about the future of our village, one reality becomes clear: for many years, local politics has revolved more around family groups, personal loyalties, and social prestige than around development, education, drinking water, employment, sanitation, and public welfare.

Development Lost in Family Rivalries

During elections, villages are often divided into groups and factions. Many people vote not on the basis of development, performance, or vision, but on the basis of family affiliations and personal loyalties.

As a result, elections come and go, leaders change, and power shifts hands, but the basic problems of the village remain unresolved.

Issues such as drinking water, roads, sanitation, healthcare, education, and employment are pushed aside while family prestige and political rivalry take center stage.

Leadership Is Responsibility, Not Prestige

In many places, public office is viewed as a symbol of status rather than a responsibility toward the people. Winning an election is often treated as a personal or family victory rather than a commitment to public service.

A Sarpanch is not the owner of the village; a Sarpanch is the first servant of the village.

From Family Loyalty to Village Unity

The time has come to move beyond family-based politics and embrace village-centered thinking.

Before belonging to any family, group, or faction, we are citizens of the same village. The development of the village is not the responsibility of one family or one group—it is the responsibility of all of us.

Let Us Ask Ourselves:

  • Do we vote for development or for family loyalties?
  • Do we choose capable leadership or simply "our own people"?
  • Is the village more important than political factions?

My Position

  • I do not support family-based politics.
  • I do not support factional politics.
  • I do not support personality worship.
  • I support development-oriented politics.
  • I support transparent and accountable governance.
  • I support equal respect and dignity for every citizen.

Not Family Loyalty, But Village Unity!

Not Personality Worship, But Development!

Let us come together to build an ideal Pangari for future generations.
